How to use bulk email and phone number finders for LinkedIn

There is no shortage of email finders and enrichment tools out there to choose from.

All you need to do is either export a list of leads from Sales Navigator or note the profiles you are prospecting on LinkedIn in a spreadsheet, then search for those same leads on either Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.

There’s just one small problem: this is incredibly inefficient. 

If you’re prospecting heavily on LinkedIn, either regular LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, these tools require you to open a second tab and either copy and paste data or export and import data. Oh, and then export that into your CRM.

To be fair, Apollo does have a Chrome extension that lets you open a side panel to search for and pull enrichment data on a LinkedIn profile. If you use HubSpot as your CRM, the native integration leaves a lot to be desired, forcing many reps to copy and paste lead data from Apollo anyway. On that same note, Clay and ZoomInfo offer similar functionality through their Chrome extensions but lack the seamless ability to sync that data straight to HubSpot.

Do Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Clay work with LinkedIn?
