1. What do we offer?

We are providing a software-as-a-service product that can assist you in achieving your sales goals by minimizing the need for manual data entry. Our product, the Solution, is available as a Chrome Extension and can be accessed through our website a www.hublead.io. You will need to integrate the Solution with your CRM system.

2. What do you need to know about Hublead's Terms and Conditions?

Hublead's Terms and Conditions are the sole governing document that defines our contractual relationship. They outline the terms and conditions for the use of our Solution and Services, as well as our obligations and yours.

Where can you find Hublead's Terms and Conditions?

You can find Hublead's Terms and Conditions by clicking on the direct link located at the bottom of the Hublead website page.

How can you accept Hublead's Terms and Conditions?

To accept Hublead's Terms and Conditions, you must check the box provided in the registration form. If you do not agree to all of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to access the Solution and Services.

In addition, there may be special conditions that supplement the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the two, the special conditions will prevail.

3. What are the conditions for accessing Hublead's Services?

(i) You must be either:

  • A natural person with full legal capacity
  • A legal person represented by a natural person with the power or authority to enter into a contract on your behalf.

(ii) You must be a professional, which includes any natural or legal person who acts for commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal, or agricultural purposes, even when acting on behalf of another professional.

4. How can you subscribe to Hublead's Services?

To subscribe to Hublead's Services, you must be registered to Hubspot and authorize the Solution to access your CRM instance. By doing so, you expressly authorize Hublead to access your account data on the relevant third-party CRM site.

5. How can your users use Hublead's Services?

Once you have registered and connected your Hubspot instance with the Website, a "Company" account will be automatically created in your name (the "Company Account"), linked to your Hubspot. This will also create an account in your name (the "Account"), which you can use to install the Solution and access Hublead's Services.

You will receive an email containing a secure "magic link" that will allow you to connect to the Solution and access the Company Account and its dashboard.

After creating your Account, you can freely create accesses for Users, up to the maximum number allowed by your subscribed Services. It is your sole responsibility to create access for Users and to ensure that they use the Solution in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

6. How can you access Hublead's Solution?

You can access Hublead's Solution directly on the Website where it operates, as well as through our Chrome Extension. The link to the Solution and related integration documentation can be found on the Website.

7. What Services does Hublead offer?

Our Services, which are described on the Website, are the ones you have subscribed to. You acknowledge that you are aware of the characteristics and constraints of our Services, particularly the technical requirements, and that the implementation of the Solution requires an internet connection. We are not responsible for the quality of the Services, which depends on the quality of your internet connection.

We reserve the right to offer additional Services, and any request to modify your subscribed Services will require a new subscription.

Throughout your use of Hublead's services, you'll benefit from maintenance services which include corrective and upgrade maintenance. As a result, access to the Hublead platform may be limited or temporarily suspended during planned maintenance, which can be either corrective or upgrade maintenance.

We strive to provide you with the best possible corrective maintenance services to fix any malfunctions or bugs found on the platform. Additionally, during the duration of your subscription, you'll receive upgrade maintenance services that may occur automatically and without prior notice. These services will include improvements to the platform's functionality and technical facilities used in connection with the platform, such as minor or major extensions.

We take due care in providing the hosting of the Hublead platform on our servers or through a professional hosting provider, all of which are located in the European Union.

If you experience any difficulties while using Hublead's services, please contact us using the contact details provided in the header of this document.

Your subscription to Hublead's services is on a subscription basis and starts on the day of your subscription for either a monthly or yearly period. The subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration (including the initial period), unless the subscription is terminated according to the terms outlined in the "How to Terminate Our Services" section.

8. Pricing for Hublead Services?

The prices for Hublead's services are displayed on our website in EUR or USD and do not include tax.

If applicable, any exchange rate charges will be your responsibility at the time of payment. You are solely responsible for paying all bank charges related to the payment of the prices, except for our bank's charges.

Any period that has been started is due in full. We reserve the right to offer promotional offers or price reductions. Prices are subject to revision at any time as outlined in the "How can we modify our Terms and Conditions?" section.

We will send you an invoice for each subscription period via any useful means.

Payment for the subscription is made by credit card through the secure online payment service specified on our website.

By using the payment method, you guarantee that you have the necessary authorizations to use it.

In the event of default or delay in payment, we reserve the right, starting the day after the due date shown on the invoice, to:

Declare all sums owed by you to us to be in arrears and immediately payable. Suspend the services in progress immediately until full payment of the amounts due.

9. What are our respective intellectual property rights?

Intellectual property rights on the Hublead platform

The Hublead platform, including the website, software, infrastructures, databases, and content of any kind (such as texts, images, visuals, music, logos, trademarks, etc.), are our property and are protected by all intellectual property rights or database producers' rights in force.

The license we grant you does not include any transfer of ownership.

You and your Users benefit from a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Hublead platform in SaaS mode for the duration of your subscription, as specified in the article "How long do you subscribe to our Services?"

As an exception to this section, we may both use our respective names, trademarks, and logos and refer to our respective platforms as commercial references for the duration of our contractual relationship and for 3 years thereafter.

Intellectual property rights on the Content

By using our Services, you acknowledge that any content of any kind that you publish on the Hublead platform (the "Content") is intended for community exchange.

You may also provide testimonials regarding your use of the Services.

Therefore, you agree that we may:

  • Broadcast the Content and testimonials free of charge on the Hublead platform and on any other websites, published by any companies with which we have agreements, by any means and on any medium, for the purpose of promoting the Hublead platform,
  • Translate the Content and testimonials into any language,
  • Modify the Content and testimonies, including the framing, format, and colors, and/or adapt them to the technical constraints of the Hublead platform (such as alterations or degradations in their quality).

10. As a user of Hublead, you have the following obligations and responsibilities:

Provision of Information

You agree to provide Hublead with all information necessary to subscribe to the Services and use the Solution. You certify that this information is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your access credentials, including any email address used for authentication (e.g., magic links). You must notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized use or breach of security related to your account. Hublead reserves the right to suspend or take appropriate action to protect the Solution and your data in such cases.

Use of the Solution

As a user of the Hublead Solution, you are responsible for your actions within the platform and the lawful, contractual, and respectful use of any data processed through it.

By using the Solution, you expressly authorize Hublead to access and process necessary data from third-party platforms, such as CRM systems, social networks, or other integrated services—required to implement the functionality of the Solution. You commit to providing any technical or account-related permissions required to do so.

Please note that the Solution is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party service provider (including but not limited to social networks, messaging tools, or CRM systems). You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of those third-party services. Hublead will not be held liable for any restriction, suspension, or dispute arising from your use of such third-party platforms in connection with the Solution.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Solution. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities;
  • Violating public order, applicable laws, or third-party rights;
  • Interfering with or disrupting third-party platforms or networks;
  • Circumventing or attempting to bypass technical protections, rate limits, or access controls;
  • Reselling, sublicensing, copying, or reproducing any part of Hublead’s software, UI elements, or conceptual frameworks without prior written consent.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you publish, upload, transmit, or share through the Solution. You agree not to post any content that is:

  • Unlawful, offensive, or misleading;
  • In violation of third-party rights (including intellectual property, image, privacy, or reputation);
  • Likely to harm the integrity or security of the platform or the data of other users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hublead, its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:

  • A violation of these Terms by you or your users;
  • Misuse of the Solution;
  • A breach of third-party platform terms;
  • Any damage caused to Hublead, its reputation, or its infrastructure.

11. What are Hublead's obligations and what is Hublead responsible for?

Hublead undertakes to provide the Services with due diligence, ensuring that we are bound by due care.

Hublead also undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations.

Any delay attributable to the customer will result in a corresponding delay in the agreed delivery time.

Concerning the use of the Solution

Hublead makes every effort to provide quality Services. To ensure this, we carry out regular checks to verify the functioning and accessibility of our Solution, and we may conduct scheduled maintenance as specified in the "Maintenance" section.

However, Hublead is not responsible for any difficulties or temporary impossibility of access to our Solution and the Services due to:

  • circumstances outside of our network (including partial or total failure of customer servers)
  • equipment, cabling, services, or networks not included in our Services or not under our responsibility
  • interruption of the Services by telecom operators or internet service providers
  • customer intervention, particularly through an incorrect configuration applied to the Services
  • force majeure.

Hublead is responsible for the operation of our servers, and the outer limits of which are the connection points.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the Services:

  • subject to constant research to improve performance and progress, will be completely free of errors, defects, or faults
  • being standard and not offered according to your own personal constraints, will specifically meet your needs and expectations.

12. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

For subscribers on an annual plan, Hublead offers a 14-day refund window from the date of initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be granted, regardless of usage, inactivity, or external platform restrictions.

For monthly subscriptions, the same 14-day window applies from the initial subscription date. After this period, all fees are non-refundable and due in full for the current billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Solution and Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No automatic renewals will occur thereafter.

Important: Outside of the initial 14-day refund window, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
• Platform bans, suspensions, or API changes from third-party services (e.g., social networks or CRM systems);
• Partial use of the Solution or lack of usage;
• User errors or misconfiguration;
• Downtime due to maintenance or technical limitations beyond Hublead’s control.

Hublead reserves the right to offer alternate installation methods or user interfaces (such as a standalone browser extension) in case of restriction or removal by browser extension marketplaces or third-party services. The availability of such alternatives ensures service continuity and does not justify refund claims.

This cancellation and refund policy forms part of Hublead's Terms of Service, which govern the use of our services.

13. How to terminate our Services?

The Subscription must be denounced at the latest 1 day before the end of the current Period, by

  • You, by sending us a request through your Account or an email to support@hublead.app,
  • Us, by sending you an email.

You no longer have access to your Account once the Services have ended.

14. How can we modify our Terms and Conditions?

We may modify our Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify you in writing (including by email) at least 15 calendar days before they come into effect.

Any modification to the terms and conditions for Hublead's Services / Solution must be agreed between the parties in writing.

The modified Terms and Conditions are applicable when you renew your Subscription.
If you do not accept these modifications, you must terminate your Subscription in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out in the article “How to terminate our Services?”.

If you use our Services after our amended Terms and Conditions come into effect, we will assume that you have accepted them.
