Sales Navigator pricing in 2026
LinkedIn sells three tiers. Two have a public price, the third is quoted.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month) | Annual billing, EUR / GBP per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $119.99 | $89.99 ($1,079.88/year) | €90.74 / £79.99 |
| Advanced | $159.99 | $149.99 ($1,799.88/year) | €141.16 / £124.99 |
| Advanced Plus | No public price. Quoted per team based on size, CRM integration and onboarding needs. | ||
Per year, that is $1,439.88 per seat on Core billed monthly versus $1,079.88 billed annually: LinkedIn itself states the annual discount as 25% on Core and 6% on Advanced. On Advanced the gap is small, on Core it is the single biggest lever.

What you get at each tier
- Core is the individual seat: advanced lead and account search, saved leads and lists, alerts on your accounts, and a monthly InMail allowance.
- Advanced adds the team layer: shared lists and notes, engagement tools, reporting for a manager, and the ability to see who in the company already knows a prospect.
- Advanced Plus adds the native CRM Sync and data validation, for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, plus enterprise administration. It has no list price.
The feature grid moves a few times a year. Check the official comparison before you commit, and keep the calculator above for the arithmetic.
The three costs that are not on the invoice
Seats nobody uses. A team of ten with four reps who search every week is paying for six seats of shelfware. Sales Navigator reports usage per seat: pull it before renewal and cut the seats with no searches in the last 30 days.
The monthly trap. Monthly billing looks flexible, but on Core it costs $360 more per seat per year than annual. If you know a rep will still be here in twelve months, monthly is the expensive option.
The CRM gap. Everything a rep does in Sales Navigator stays in Sales Navigator unless something writes it to the CRM. Native CRM Sync only exists on Advanced Plus, and only for Salesforce and Dynamics. HubSpot teams end up copying and pasting, or with a pipeline that does not show LinkedIn activity at all. The cost is not on LinkedIn's invoice, it is in the hours and in the reporting you cannot run.
How HubSpot teams reduce the bill
The teams that pay the least for Sales Navigator do three things.
- They keep Sales Navigator for what it is best at, search and account alerts, and stop treating it as their contact database.
- They give every rep a tool that shows HubSpot inside LinkedIn and logs visits, invitations and messages as HubSpot activities, so the manager can report on LinkedIn work without a single manual entry. That is what Hublead does, on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
- They use Hublead Lead Search, a 200M+ contact database that pushes leads straight into HubSpot, for list building that would otherwise justify extra Sales Navigator seats. Plans and credits are on the pricing page.
Run the calculator with the seats you would actually keep. The difference is the budget for the rest of the stack.

Frequently asked questions
How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost per month?
On LinkedIn's plan comparison page (checked September 19, 2026), Sales Navigator Core is $119.99 per seat per month billed monthly, or $1,079.88 per year billed annually (the equivalent of $89.99 a month). Advanced is $159.99 per month, or $1,799.88 per year ($149.99 a month). Advanced Plus has no public price: it is quoted per team.
Is there a cheaper way to get Sales Navigator?
Three levers, in order of impact: pay annually on Core (LinkedIn states a 25% saving versus monthly), buy seats only for the reps who search every week, and stop using Sales Navigator as a data source when a CRM-side tool already gives you contact data inside HubSpot.
Does Sales Navigator sync with HubSpot?
Sales Navigator's native CRM Sync is built for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. For HubSpot, LinkedIn activity (profile visits, invitations, messages, replies) is not logged as HubSpot activities by Sales Navigator itself. That is the gap Hublead fills: it runs inside LinkedIn and Sales Navigator and writes each action to HubSpot in real time.
Is there a free trial?
LinkedIn regularly offers a free trial on Sales Navigator Core. The offer changes, so check the plan page before you count on it, and set a reminder: the trial converts to a paid monthly seat when it ends.
